Why you choose your course and what you think?
I picked UEA ( University of East Anglia ) because it’s in the top 20 for History.
My first year hasn’t been amazing because we couldn’t choose the modules so a lot of it didn’t interest me but we can choose in the second year so I’m hoping it’ll be better.
Best A level/Subjects to choose for the course?
The Best A-levels to take history, languages, English, philosophy.
Best and Worse things about your university?
Bad things about uni: there is a lot of concrete.
Good things: the campus is beautiful with a lovely lake and very green. The city is also beautiful.
Good things about campus accommodation: convenient.
Bad things: can be loud especially when people bring others round for pres.
Where you live up's and downs (University halls or Housing or home)
Accommodation advice: campus accommodation for year 1 because it’s easier to get to know people and is convenient and safe at night. The city is beautiful, the on-campus club is brill and convenient, club night twice a week.
Food on campus is expensive and Aldi is really close (10 min cycle) there’s a shop on campus which is good for topping up but it’s too expensive to
